A presentation by Annabel Daou structured as a response to a series of questions that were posed to her by fellow artist Aaisha. With this event, Daou invites us to participate in an artistic exchange with one of her contemporaries as well as privileging us to the multi-valence of her artistic process and its resulting aesthetic.

A founding member of the dB foundation, Annabel Daou was born and raised in Beirut, Lebanon, and moved to New York in 1999. With the dB foundation, Daou co-curated “Aporia,” at the EFA Gallery, New York (2006), “Aporia:Aporia” in 2007 at Los Angeles Contemporary Exhibitions (LACE), and “Disarmory,” a New York art fair and accompanying publication in 2008.
